Following UK Government guidelines, we have chosen to stay open during this period to support those, especially key workers, who are using cycling as a lower-risk mode of transport and/or as a form of exercise.
However it is important that you adhere to the following measures we have put in place.
SOCIAL DISTANCING MEASURES
Please keep 2 metres between yourself and me when I am collecting your bike for repair/servicing. I will inspect the bike with gloves on collection and clean key areas on bike before delivering back. Please use contactless payment if possible.
Bike repairs/servicing will take longer than normal 4 to 7 days due to slower deliveries of parts needed and increased business during this period.
This may see a scheduled delivery day/time over run slightly. In which case I will contact and keep you up to date.
