If I could give more than five stars, I would! One of the best customer service interactions I have ever had.
Gary was beyond helpful in returning a faulty bike I had purchased from another seller and negotiating a refund. He also helped me find another second hand bike to buy which so far has been perfect.
He went above and beyond, explaining processes and remaining patient despite my limited knowledge of bikes.
In the future I will not use any other bike repair service.

Had A Tube Puncture!
Had a tube puncture, he helped me a lot by fixing it as fast as he took it with the car so I didn’t have to go home walking, went to his house and in half an hour had it already fixed with a new tyre and tube, and also he fixed some other important issues, very good service and price also his dog is adorable!

Picked Up My 2002 Cannondale F700!
Gary came and picked up my 2002 Cannondale F700 to perform a full service. He checked over the bike and found that it didn’t need a full service just some new disc brake levers and calipers. I must admit the brakes on my Cannondale have never been that good recently but they were 16 years old. He quoted me to supply new brakes and fit them which he did. He also tightened up the head stock, checked the bottom bracket and chain and made some minor adjustments without charging.
The new brakes are much better than the originals and my bike is now running like new. Great service and such a nice guy. Would thoroughly recommend.

Collected My Bike At Work!
Excellent and friendly service from Gary. I called and he came and collected my bike at work, agreed to provide a clear and itemised quote before commencing work. He kept me up to date with parts ordering and contacted me when ready then brought bike back to work. After some parts replacement and a premium service the bike is riding really well.
That was about 3 weeks ago and still in perfect condition on about 70 miles per week commuting. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gary’s service to anyone.
